Worldpay (Vantiv) Update

Investigating Dear Personify Client, Worldpay from FIS (formerly Vantiv) will be performing maintenance on their systems on Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 1:00am – 4am EST. If you use Worldpay/Vantiv for credit card processing, batch processing will be unavailable during this timeframe. Both the FAR680 and FND680 processes utilize the batch transaction processing feature from Worldpay. If you team is utilizing either of these processes, they will need to be scheduled to run before or after the maintenance timeframe. No other changes are required for this update. What should I expect? The cutover from the old to the new instance is expected to be minimally disruptive. Address validation in may be intermittently unavailable during the change window. No changes in functionality are expected as this has already been tested in a canary release with a few clients. What should I do if I encounter problems? Address Validation Upgrade

Scheduled Dear Personify Client, On 11/14/2021, beginning at 12 AM EST and ending at 6 AM EST, the Personify Hosting team will be replacing the current Spectrum address validation server (PBBI) with a new, upgraded version. The new instance features the latest 2020 version of the software with stability and performance enhancements. The instance also features high availability which aims at improving the overall stability of the platform. What should I expect? The cutover from the old to the new instance is expected to be minimally disruptive. Address validation in may be intermittently unavailable during the change window. No changes in functionality are expected as this has already been tested in a canary release with a few clients. What should I do if I encounter problems? Personify Production Patching

Scheduled Dear Personify Client, As a reminder, we will perform our monthly patching for the essential security updates for Microsoft servers this Sunday, November 21st, beginning at 12:00 A.M. ET and ending at 6:00 A.M. ET. This maintenance work will target the Production Personify360 Web Client, the Production Personify360 Desktop Client, and the Production Personify360 e-Business. Please take the following actions as we approach the maintenance window:  •Ensure your team is at a “stopping point” with your daily and financial activities.  •Ensure no jobs are scheduled to run during the maintenance window.  •Inform members the website will be unavailable during the maintenance window via your CMS.   What should I expect? During the patching process installation, the servers may require multiple restarts, which may cause users to experience intermittent connectivity issues. The network operations center (NOC) will monitor this process to ensure services normalize at the end of the scheduled patching window. What should I do if I encounter problems?
