Worldpay (Vantiv) Update

    Dear Personify Client,

    Worldpay from FIS (formerly Vantiv) will be performing maintenance on their systems on Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 1:00am – 4am EST.

    If you use Worldpay/Vantiv for credit card processing, batch processing will be unavailable during this timeframe. Both the FAR680 and FND680 processes utilize the batch transaction processing feature from Worldpay. If you team is utilizing either of these processes, they will need to be scheduled to run before or after the maintenance timeframe. No other changes are required for this update.

    What should I expect?
    The cutover from the old to the new instance is expected to be minimally disruptive. Address validation in may be intermittently unavailable during the change window. No changes in functionality are expected as this has already been tested in a canary release with a few clients.
