Personify ISP Maintenance

Resolved Dear Personify Client, Our Datacenter Internet Service Provider (ISP) vendor will be performing an upgrade this Sunday, 6/25/2023, beginning at 12:00 A.M. ET and ending at 5:00 A.M. ET. Our ISP vendor estimates potential disruption will be 1 to 5 minutes. This should not impact ThreeSixty and Web client services hosted in AWS. What should I expect? During the ISP upgrade, Personify ThreeSixty and Web clients may experience a brief outage lasting up to 5 minutes. What should I do if I encounter problems? Call the emergency hotline number at 866-599-0237 and let us know the issues you are experiencing.

Personify Regular Monthly Maintenance - 6/18/2023

Resolved Dear Personify Client, As a reminder, we will be performing regular monthly patching this Sunday, 6/18/2023, beginning at 12:00 A.M. ET and ending at 6:00 A.M. ET. This maintenance work will target the Production Personify360 Desktop Client, Production Personify360 e-Business, and the Personify Web Client. Please take the following actions as we approach the maintenance window:  •Ensure your team is at a “stopping point” with your daily and financial activities.  •Ensure no jobs are scheduled to run during the maintenance window.  •Inform members the website will be unavailable during the maintenance window via your CMS.   What should I expect? During the patching process installation, the servers may require multiple restarts, which may cause users to experience intermittent connectivity issues. The network operations center (NOC) will monitor this process to ensure services normalize at the end of the scheduled patching window. What should I do if I encounter problems? Call the emergency hotline number at 866-599-0237 and let us know the issues you are experiencing.
