  Dear Personify Client,

  Our Datacenter Internet Service Provider (ISP) vendor will be performing an upgrade this Sunday, 6/25/2023, beginning at 12:00 A.M. ET and ending at 5:00 A.M. ET. Our ISP vendor estimates potential disruption will be 1 to 5 minutes. This should not impact ThreeSixty and Web client services hosted in AWS.

  What should I expect?
  During the ISP upgrade, Personify ThreeSixty and Web clients may experience a brief outage lasting up to 5 minutes.

  What should I do if I encounter problems?
  Call the emergency hotline number at 866-599-0237 and let us know the issues you are experiencing.
