Personify Planned Maintenance - 2/6/2021

Scheduled Dear Personify Client, The Personify team will be performing an upgrades on the hosted environment for the Personify desktop application, this weekend, 2/6/2021 beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 4:00 AM ET. This task is expected to be non-disruptive due to redundancy in the desktop application environments. During this time part of the redundant hosted environment may go offline, but this is not expected to result in a full service outage. We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to make our platform more stable and secure. What is happening? On 2/6/2021 beginning at 12:00 AM EST and ending at 4:00 AM EST, we will be performing a upgrades to hosted Personify environments. Why is it happening? We are always working to improve the stability and security of Personify services, these upgrades are required for this work. What should I expect? During the upgrade, Personify clients using the Personify Desktop Application are not expected to experience any loss of service. During this time, teams will be on standby to ensure the upgrades are completed successfully. What should I do if I encounter problems? Scheduled Dear Personify Client, The Personify team will be performing an upgrade of a critical network component this weekend, 2/7/2021 beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 2:00 AM ET. This task is typically non-disruptive due to built-in resiliency of the target device but there is a possibility of brief disruptions during the scheduled window. We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to make our platform more stable and secure. What is happening? On 2/7/2021 beginning at 12:00 AM EST and ending at 2:00 AM EST, we will be performing a vendor-recommended upgrade of a critical network component. Why is it happening? We are always working to improve the stability and security of Personify services, this network upgrade is a required step in these efforts. What should I expect? During the upgrade, a brief service interruption may be experienced between 12:00 AM EST and 2:00 AM ET. During this time, teams will be on standby to ensure all networking and Personify services recover as expected. What should I do if I encounter problems? Personify Production Patching

Scheduled Dear Personify Client, As a reminder, we will perform our monthly patching for the essential security updates for Microsoft servers this Sunday, February 21st, beginning at 12:00 A.M. ET and ending at 6:00 A.M. ET. This maintenance work will target the Production Personify360 Web Client, the Production Personify360 Desktop Client, and the Production Personify360 e-Business. Please take the following actions as we approach the maintenance window:  •Ensure your team is at a “stopping point” with your daily and financial activities.  •Ensure no jobs are scheduled to run during the maintenance window.  •Inform members the website will be unavailable during the maintenance window via your CMS.   What should I expect? During the patching process installation, the servers may require multiple restarts, which may cause users to experience intermittent connectivity issues. The network operations center (NOC) will monitor this process to ensure services normalize at the end of the scheduled patching window. What should I do if I encounter problems?
