Dear Personify Client,
The Personify team will be performing an upgrades on the hosted environment for the Personify desktop application, this weekend, 2/6/2021 beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 4:00 AM ET.
This task is expected to be non-disruptive due to redundancy in the desktop application environments. During this time part of the redundant hosted environment may go offline, but this is not expected to result in a full service outage.
We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to make our platform more stable and secure.
What is happening?
On 2/6/2021 beginning at 12:00 AM EST and ending at 4:00 AM EST, we will be performing a upgrades to hosted Personify environments.
Why is it happening?
We are always working to improve the stability and security of Personify services, these upgrades are required for this work.
What should I expect?
During the upgrade, Personify clients using the Personify Desktop Application are not expected to experience any loss of service.
During this time, teams will be on standby to ensure the upgrades are completed successfully.
What should I do if I encounter problems?
Call the emergency hotline number and let us know what issues you are experiencing.
