Dear Personify Client,
The Personify team will be performing an upgrade of a critical network component this weekend, 2/7/2021 beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 2:00 AM ET. This task is typically non-disruptive due to built-in resiliency of the target device but there is a possibility of brief disruptions during the scheduled window.
We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to make our platform more stable and secure.
What is happening? On 2/7/2021 beginning at 12:00 AM EST and ending at 2:00 AM EST, we will be performing a vendor-recommended upgrade of a critical network component.
Why is it happening? We are always working to improve the stability and security of Personify services, this network upgrade is a required step in these efforts.
What should I expect? During the upgrade, a brief service interruption may be experienced between 12:00 AM EST and 2:00 AM ET.
During this time, teams will be on standby to ensure all networking and Personify services recover as expected.
