Resolved Dear Personify Client, On Saturday, 11/19/2023, between 12:00 A.M. ET and 6:00 A.M. ET, Personify engineers will be performing upgrades to critical infrastructure components in our Sterling Data Center. During this window, brief disruption to Personify services is possible as components being upgraded fail over to their redundant counterparts. We are not expecting significant downtime but our NOC team will be on standby in the event of contingencies. What should I expect? You may experience brief loss of service as components fail over. What should I do if I encounter problems? Call the emergency hotline number at 866-599-0237 and let us know the issues you are experiencing.
