Personify Engineers have checked client AWS environments and do not see any remaining alerts or errors. We are resolving this incident. If you are experiencing any issues, please open an urgent ticket describing your issue.
» UpdatedAWS has provided us with this update: "Between 3:50 PM and 6:25 PM PDT, we experienced performance degradation for a small number of EBS volumes in a single Availability Zone (use2-az1) in the US-EAST-2 Region. We have resolved the issue for the majority of affected volumes." Personify Engineers are checking to see if there are any remaining impacted services.
