  We have been made aware of our service provider performing critical maintenance on our Internet connection. Personify Cloud services may experience an increase in latency and packet loss, up to a brief outage. This work is expected to happen 12/5/2020 between 11:00 PM EST and 4:00 AM EST, the period of service degraded is expected to last for 30 minutes to 1 hour during that window.

  Please take the following actions as we approach the maintenance window: • Ensure your team is at a “stopping point” with your daily and financial activities. • Ensure no jobs are scheduled to run during the maintenance window. • CMS informing members the website will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

  What is Happening? On 12/5/2020 between 11:00 PM EST and 4:00 AM EST, Personify clients will experience a degradation of service while our service provider performs critical maintenance for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  Why is it Happening? Our providers are working to ensure maximum stability for the network which services Personify.

  What should I expect? During this maintenance window, there will be period of 30 minutes to 1 hour of interruption. All hosted Test and Production instances of the Personify360 database, Personify360 Web Client, Personify360 eBusiness, Data Services, and Single Sign-On will be unavailable.
