Personify Engineers have stopped getting reports of issues with NCR payments. We are resolving this issue.
» UpdatedPersonify Engineers received this update from NCR regarding the incident:
“There’s currently a database issue impacting the ability for merchants to transact. NCR’s IT and engineering teams are actively working on the issue, and an update will be provided as soon as available.”
» UpdatedPersonify Engineers have been made aware of an issue involving NCR / JetPay payments returning error codes. We are currently investigating this issue. NCR also has their own status page located here: https://status.ncr.com/
