  Dear Personify Client,

  We will be performing our monthly patching for essential security updates for Microsoft servers this weekend, 12/27/2020 beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 5:00 AM ET.

  This will target the Personify360 Web Client.

  Going into 2021, we will be performing this regular patching alongside the Personify360 Desktop Client and Personify360 e-Business. This maintenance cycle is to move the Personify platform to one regular patching schedule.

  What is Happening? On 12/27/2020 beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 5:00 AM ET, we will be installing essential security patches for Microsoft servers.

  Why is it Happening? We are working to keep patching as up to date as practical in order to protect customer data.

  What should I expect? During the patching process installation, the servers may require multiple restarts. Due to these restarts, users may experience intermittent connectivity issues during the scheduled patching window.

  During this time, the NOC will be monitoring to ensure services normalize at the end of the window.
