Personify’s Internet Service Provider (ISP) has scheduled unplanned maintenance for this weekend that will impact hosted clients, including hosted instances of the Personify360 database, Personify360 Web Client, Personify360 eBusiness, Data Services, and Single Sign-On. The ISP will be performing critical router upgrades to the routers supporting Personify to ensure stability and security.
The unplanned maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2020 between the early morning hours of 1:00 AM ET – 6:00 AM ET.
During this maintenance window, all hosted Test and Production instances of the Personify360 database, Personify360 Web Client, Personify360 eBusiness, Data Services, and Single Sign-On will be unavailable.
Please take the following actions as we approach the maintenance window: • Ensure your team is at a “stopping point” with your daily and financial activities. • Ensure no jobs are scheduled to run during the maintenance window. • For your eBusiness site, Personify recommends placing a message on your homepage this week using a custom HTML block from your CMS informing members the website will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Once the maintenance window has concluded, Personify services will return to normal without intervention. The Personify NOC and infrastructure teams will be on standby to ensure services return as expected. You can find information regarding Personify system outages on this Status page.
