Backoffice and VPN outage

    This issue appears to have been resolved. We can confirm that there were no disruptions in the Personify network nor the Personify data center. From our investigation using public sources, this was a localized internet service provider issue to the Midwest and it appears that a few of our customers' outbound traffic to Personify may have been routed through there.

    After continued investigation, Personify Engineers have determined that there appears to be internet service provider issues in the Midwest region. Personify users in that area may have intermittent connectivity to Personify services. Updates will be provided here as they are available.

    After investigation, some Personify users in certain areas may be experiencing intermittent network outages. We will continue to monitor the situation, but we are not seeing any issues in the Personify data center.

    Personify Engineers are investigating an issue impacting some clients backoffice and VPN connection. This does not appear to be impacting PGO or eBusiness services.
